Tom Bassler has been Of Counsel with Hawley Troxell since 2009. Prior to associating with the firm, he was employed for thirty years as General Counsel for health insurance companies in Idaho and Ohio. He has also been a partner in an Ohio law firm.
Mr. Bassler focuses his practice on business and corporate law, corporate governance, health care, health insurance, employment law, mergers and acquisitions, and real property transactions. He has extensive experience in lobbying and working with legislators, regulatory agencies and boards of directors.
