Tom Miller has focused his practice in real estate and water law, including sales and financing transactions. Mr. Miller also has extensive experience in the commercial lending industry. He has represented numerous financial institutions in connection with commercial real estate loans and foreclosures, as well as Idaho law issues associated with prospective loan programs. Mr. Miller has extensive knowledge and experience in legislative relations including complex legislative drafting.
