Bob started his legal career as a law clerk to District Judge Gary M. Haman of the First Judicial District. He then continued in private practice for over 30 years prior to joining Hawley Troxell’s Coeur d’Alene office. Bob’s practice focuses on banking, complex real estate transactions and litigation, construction liens, corporations and limited liability companies, business sale transactions, estate planning, probate and unlawful detainers.
Bob has been involved in a large number of notable projects in the Coeur d’Alene area and has served as local litigation counsel for many of the country’s largest law firms.
In 2005, Bob became Director, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Pita Pit USA, Inc., (and all U.S. subsidiaries). Pita Pit USA, Inc., is the parent company of Pita Pit Inc., a Delaware corporation, which is the Franchisor of all U.S. Pita Pit restaurants (located in 44 states and Puerto Rico). Bob moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, in 2013 to occupy various roles for NanoFlex Power Corporation, including EVP, COO, President and Secretary. NanoFlex Power, in conjunction with research professors at USC and the University of Michigan, develops advanced solar technologies utilizing Organic Photovoltaic and Gallium Arsenide high performance thin films.
