Nicole Trammel, a Boise native, offers services to the firm’s clients in the areas of public finance & municipal law, as well as general corporate and corporate finance transactions.
Ms. Trammel has worked with the public finance team in all areas, including representation of various entities as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and disclosure counsel for public and private tax‑exempt financings (such as financings for school districts, municipalities, and special purpose districts).
Ms. Trammel’s experience includes various types of financing structures, including revenue bonds, general obligations bonds, special assessment bonds, tax and revenue anticipation notes and commercial paper. She has assisted the corporate finance team in various transactions, from formation through termination and sale of entities.
Significant Representation
- Served as disclosure counsel for financings in connection with Idaho’s first community infrastructure district special assessment bonds; and refunding revenue bonds for a city airport terminal.
- Served as bond counsel for financings relating to the refinancing of housing and parking bonds issued by local housing authority on behalf of private developer and urban renewal agency.
- Drafted petition and supporting memorandum and affidavits for school district judicial confirmation proceeding to authorize the issuance of various bonds to renovate and rebuild school facilities throughout the county.
