Nick Miller is Chair of the Business and Finance Practice Group and a member of the Board of Partners. His practice focuses on corporate transactions, securities offerings, securities law, and municipal bond transactions. Mr. Miller works with large and small businesses and educational institutions, and has issued bond opinions for school districts in Idaho that enroll over 50% of the students in the State.
