Matthew Gordon’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, intellectual property, and health care. Mr. Gordon has represented clients at all stages of litigation, from initial pleadings through trial and appeal, in state and federal courts in Idaho and other western states.

Represented federal equity receiver of $70 million Ponzi scheme and assisted in recovery of millions of dollars for innocent investors.

Assisted state administrative agency to prevail on summary judgment against $60 million claim.

Successfully advocated for lender in appeal of $4 million judgment.

Assisted billion dollar corporation in obtaining favorable resolution of disputes with state administrative boards.

Successfully advocated for reversal of immediate jeopardy finding against health care client.
