Lynnette Davis has been an attorney with Hawley Troxell since 1999. Ms. Davis is a partner in the firm’s litigation group with an emphasis in employment, construction, and commercial litigation. Her practice focuses on construction-related litigation, arbitration, and mediation. She provides counsel to and represents project owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in large, complex construction projects. Ms. Davis advises clients at all stages of the construction process, from the initial stages through the evaluation, prosecution, or defense of contractor claims to mediation, arbitration, or litigation after the project, . She also has extensive experience with construction disputes secured by mechanics’ liens or other encumbrances. Additionally, Ms. Davis chairs the firm’s Recruiting Committee.
