Biography

Kimber McKnight is a paralegal in Hawley Troxell’s Intellectual Property and Internet Law practice group as well as the Patent and Emerging Technology Law group. Kimber has over 37 years of experience supporting corporate and legal clients and specializes in trademark prosecution matters, including domestic and foreign trademark registration applications and maintenance with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization, as well as copyright registration applications with the United States Copyright Office. She also assists with trademark and copyright enforcement and infringement matters, including litigation in Federal Court and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
