Gary Babbitt concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and environmental matters. He represents industry in a variety of contract and business issues in state and federal courts. Mr. Babbit’s primary focus is in representing clients in environmental claims, including the Endangered Species Act, RCRA, CERCLA, and the Clean Water Act involving contaminants such as lead, mercury, arsenic, PCP, PCB, and hydrocarbons. Additionally, he represents mining companies throughout the western states on matters related to environmental issues and the 1872 Mining Law.
