Mr. Ritti co-chairs the firm’s litigation department. His practice focuses on representing corporate clients in antitrust, construction, product liability, breach of warranty, and other types of complex commercial lawsuits. He served as a member of the Idaho Supreme Court’s Jury Reform Committee from 2000-2002 and currently serves as a member of the Civil Procedure Rules Committee for the U.S. District Court, District of Idaho. Mr. Ritti is currently listed in both Corporate Counsel Super Lawyers and Mountain States Super Lawyers for Antitrust Litigation, and is a member of the Leadership Council for the American Lung Association, Mountain Pacific Region.
