Biography
Craig Meadows is a member of the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution, Insurance and the Civil and Commercial Litigation groups. He practices in the areas of aviation/aircraft products liability, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, insurance litigation, bad faith litigation, subrogation cases, and commercial litigation in the State and Federal courts of Idaho and surrounding states. He has been admitted pro hac vice in Washington, California, Oregon, and Nevada.
Mr. Meadows served on the Civil Justice Reform Act Committee for the Federal Courts in Idaho. He was a lawyer representative to the 9th Circuit Judicial Conference from Idaho.
SIGNIFICANT REPRESENTATION & experience
Mr. Meadows represents various insurance carriers in the aviation, professional malpractice, medical malpractice, and insurance litigation areas. In addition, Mr. Meadows represents clients in the commercial litigation arena on behalf of clients either as a plaintiff or a defendant.
