Cheryl Dunham has over 25 years of paralegal experience with experience in litigation support and case management. She is experienced with commercial litigation, products liability, insurance coverage, and general complex litigation. She also prepares settlement documentation at the conclusion of any workers’
compensation matter.

Ms. Dunham provides support through all phases of litigation, including document management and data organization for complex cases; preparing discovery requests and responses; shepardizing briefs; assisting in the preparation and filing of briefs; identifying, collecting and managing documents, including electronically stored information/data; analyzing documents for privilege and relevance; legal research; witness interviews; deposition preparation; preparing for and assisting at hearings, mediations and trial; and project workload coordinator on complex multiparty civil and class action matters. Ms. Dunham also assists with appellate matters in the Idaho Court of Appeals, Idaho Supreme Court, and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
