Hiring Practices
Hawley Troxell does not routinely
conduct campus interviews at law schools other than the
University
of Idaho. We do, however, conduct on-campus interviews at selected law
schools in the Northwest and California, depending upon our perceived hiring
needs for the following year. We welcome expressions of interest from qualified
applicants from law schools nationwide. For a sufficiently strong candidate
with a genuine interest in living and working in Idaho, we will often provide
a flyback for the initial interview.
At Hawley Troxell, we value the diversity of our attorneys' backgrounds
and experiences. We seek to achieve a balance in our hiring between the
top law students within Idaho, and the best applicants from around the country.
