Busacker’s legal background includes having been: a partner at Thompson Hine LLP in Cincinnati, Ohio; an attorney with Ulmer & Berne LLP in Cleveland, Ohio; and in-house counsel at Ernst & Young LLP in Cleveland, Ohio.
Busacker received his J.D. from the Ohio State University College of Law in Columbus, Ohio, his MBA from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington, and his B.A. from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He and his family have roots in Idaho.
