Hawley Troxell Names New Partner

Olson, a member of the Litigation Practice Area, has practiced law at Hawley Troxell for over six years and is the 32nd partner of the firm. He assists clients in litigating and resolving civil and commercial disputes, primarily in the areas of employment law and construction-related issues. His experience has included representing a contractor for the United States government in a large, overseas-based, employment class action and representing a national retailer in employment disputes.
John Olson was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Will Garwood, United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Olson earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University. Prior to attending law school, Olson worked in the Dallas office of Bain & Company, a global business consulting firm.
